Phizzfest Opening Event

New Public Art Work by Niamh Synnott

Picture
Phizzfest commissioned ceramic artist Niamh Synnott to create a sculptural work that brings the elements of art, community and fun together. Niamh came up with the idea of a ceramic clad bench that would bring some colour to the centre of Phibsborough village.

Niamh worked with the pupils of St Peter’s NS to come up with this fabulous playful design and we will be joined by some of the young artists from the school with music from the St Peter's Chamber Choir.

We are very grateful to have received the generous support of DCC’s LEIP committee.

The launch coincides with the first day of the much anticipated outdoor market along the Royal Canal Park
